At BallerSevenBoots, we want you to feel 100% confident when choosing your football boots. That’s why we’ve designed a clear, fair, and customer-friendly return policy—so you can shop with peace of mind.

14-Day Return Window

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, no explanation required.
The return period begins on the day your boots are delivered. To be eligible, the return shipment must be sent back within these 14 days.

To start a return, please use our simple return process via our return portal.

Important: Try-On Guidelines (Football Boots)

To ensure fairness for all players, football boots must be returned in brand-new condition.

Boots are eligible for return only if:

    • They are unworn, unused, and only tried on indoors
    • The outsole shows no signs of wear
    • They are returned in their original box, with all packaging and tags intact
    • They are in resalable condition

⚽ Tip: We highly recommend trying your boots on indoors, on a clean surface, to ensure the perfect fit before using them on the pitch.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Football boots that show any signs of outdoor use
    • Items returned after the 14-day return period
    • Items marked as Final Sale
    • Products returned damaged or worn without prior approval from our support team

Any item that does not meet our return conditions will be rejected, and the return will be considered void.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges, as this allows us to process returns and refunds as quickly and efficiently as possible.

However, in certain cases, an exchange may be possible upon request, depending on the status of your order and product availability. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact our customer support team before returning your item. Our team will review your request and inform you whether an exchange can be arranged.

If an exchange is not possible, you can simply return your order for a refund and place a new order to secure your preferred size or model without delay.

Refund Options

We offer two refund options so you can choose what works best for you:

Store Credit (Recommended)

    • Receive your refund faster
    • Enjoy an extra bonus value on your store credit
    • Store credit is sent via email within 2–3 business days after return approval
    • Valid for 12 months

This is the fastest and most flexible option—and perfect if you’re planning your next pair of boots.

Refund to Original Payment Method

    • Processed within 7–10 business days after approval
    • You’ll receive an email confirmation once issued
    • Please allow up to 3–7 additional days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the courier and country of return.

Please note:

    • We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees
    • Always keep your tracking number and proof of shipment
    • Returns without valid tracking cannot be refunded

Damaged or Defective Items

If your football boots arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
Our team will review your case and make sure you receive the best possible solution.

Return Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
You can track when your package arrives using your return tracking number. After processing, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund.
